    AMAZING!!!

Posted by Margaret Claudon on 30th Sep 2013

I really liked the painting when I saw it online but when I got the canvas print I was amazed at the colors and the shading! The way the sun shines across the water and the shadows produced from the houses feels exactly like a lake scene from August. I have it on the wall in front of my desk and I waste so much time just staring at it. I LOVE IT!!!

We got the canvas print 8 x 10 and are in the process of building a wall of Melvin's art after meeting him in NC earlier this year and checking out the entire collection. This is a great addition and we are looking forward to adding more!

    Invisible Dog Rocks

Posted by Zoey on 9th Sep 2012

thanks so much for prompt delivery of your delightful whimsical and slightly sinister "Invisible Dog". My sister and I and our friend saw you at Chicago's art fest this summer and we were smitten with your haunting hilarious work. I'm so glad we ran into you; we loved so much of your work - now I get to enjoy this vivid artwork in my bedroom. It's beautifully reproduced on a thick canvas-board, and doesn't even need a frame or matte, but i still may go that route. Thanks again!! ps come to Minneapolis!!
